CISPA may be vetoed unless some serious changes are made to those nagging privacy issues.
This new development is likely in direct response to the fact that Apple’s iMessage encryption has made it impossible to intercept communications.
The danger of CISPA is that it seems nullify the myriad of legal privacy protections we currently have in place.
IMO, it is good privacy policy practice to allow users to delete their PI with or without state or federal laws mandating companies to honor such wishes.
