Reminder: Handal & Morofsky and Waterfront Solicitors host ACTA Twitter debate tomorrow!

Several of the world’s brand-owning countries have signed up indicating that they like the sound of the agreement, but it has not yet become law in any country. When or if it does, member states would create a new supranational governing body (like the UN, WPO or EU) with provisions to collect and share information on individuals and commercial organisations which infringe copyright across national boundaries without their knowledge. ACTA has been the subject of much debate.
